Elior: first employee share ownership plan launched
(CercleFinance.com) - Elior group has announced that it has offered its employees to subscribe to its first share ownership offer that is reserved for employees (FUTURE), an offer that concerns about 90,000 employees in seven countries: Germany, Spain, the US, France, Mexico, Portugal and the UK.
As part of this share offering, it offers a "classic" formula with a discount and a "multiple" formula. The subscription price will be equal to 80% of the average of the share's opening prices over the 20 trading days prior to the pricing date.
The maximum envelope of shares that may be subscribed to has been set at 1% of Elior Group's capital. The shares created shall bear rights from their issue date and will give rights to any dividend paid by the company from their issue date.
