7% increase in FY 2020 earnings to 198.9 million euros, and a 39.2% increase in EBITDA to 242.7 million, for revenue that is up 37.5% to 396.4 million euros.
The company's Board of Directors will propose a dividend of 4.29 euros per share for 2020, considering that an interim dividend of 2.50 euros was already paid on 5 November. This proposed dividend represents a payout ratio of 80% of consolidated net profit.
GTT's targets for 2021 include sales of between 285 to 315 million euros, EBITDA of 150 to 170 million euros, and a 2021 dividend distribution representing at least 80% of consolidated net profit.
