SFR: Altice files public repurchase offer.
(CercleFinance.com) - Altice has announced filing with the AMF a public withdrawal offer followed by a squeeze-out on SFR Group at a price of 34.
50 euros per SFR Group share today.
The proposed offer, which will result in a squeeze-out, as well as the removal of SFR Group shares from Euronext Paris at the beginning of fourth-quarter 2017, remains subject to approval from the AMF.
SFR Group's board of directors has, unanimously, ruled in favour of the offer and recommended shareholders tender their shares to it.
