Fnac Darty: makes E650m bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Late on Tuesday, Fnac Darty announced the launch of a senior bond offering, with a combined principal of 650 million euros.
This offer consists of a cumulative principal amount of 300 million
euros in senior bonds maturing in 2024 and a cumulative principal amount
of 350 million euros of senior bonds maturing in 2026.
The Bonds will be offered exclusively to investors outside the United
States.
After the offer closes, the Issuer intends to use its proceeds, together
with available cash, to fully repay its 650 million euros of outstanding
3.25% senior notes in issue at the end of the offering. maturing in 2023
and to pay the premiums, costs, fees and charges incurred in relation to
the offer and the repayment.
