Fnac Darty: launch of Darty+ program.
(CercleFinance.com) - On the 60th anniversary of Darty, on Monday Fnac Darty announced the launch of the "Darty+" program.
This initiative is part of the continued deployment of synergies between both the brands.
Available by subscription, Darty+ is a delivery and support program. It capitalises on the success of his elder "Fnac+", launched in October 2016 and whose omnichannel basis it has adopted, adapting it to demands of Darty's customers.
In the same way as "Fnac+", "Darty+" is based on unlimited access to delivery services, including delivery within 2 hours from the nearest store, whatever the purchase channel, be it physical or digital. It enables its subscribers to benefit from unrestricted and priority technical assistance with the Darty Button, as well as the Darty's SAV for all their products, regardless of where they were purchased.
