Fnac Darty: adopts new governance.
(CercleFinance.com) - Fnac Darty has announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Enrique Martinez as CEO following the departure of Alexandre Bompard from his duties as CEO of the retail group.
Fnac Darty's board of directors will be chaired by Jacques Veyrat, and its audit committee, to date chaired by Jacques Veyrat, will be henceforth led by Marie Cheval.
