Edenred: launch of 'OCEANE' bonds maturing in 2024
(CercleFinance.com) - The prepaid service group Edenred announces an issue of OCEANE bonds (convertible into existing or new shares) maturing in 2024, by a placement with professional investors alone, for a maximum nominal amount of 500 million euros.
The nominal par value of the bonds will show a premium of between 35% and 40% relative to the reference price of the Edenred share on Euronext in Paris. The bonds will be issued at an issue price of between 105.5% and 108.0% of their nominal value.
The definitive terms of the bonds will be set today, with their settlement-delivery on 6 September. The net proceeds from the issue will be used for general purposes, including the financing of any future acquisitions.
