Edenred: finalises acquisitions of CSI and TRFC
(CercleFinance.com) - Edenred has announced that it has finalised the acquisition of Corporate Spending Innovations (CSI), a leading provider of automated solutions for inter-company payments in North America.
The group also announced that it has finalised the acquisition of 80% of the capital of the Right Fuelcard Company (TRFC), the fourth largest fuel card manager in the UK.
Each of these deals has been approved by the relevant competition authorities.
The accounts of both these companies will be consolidated by global integration on 1 January 2019.
