Edenred: BlackRock increases stake
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 25 October it increased its stake in Edenred to above 5% of the group's capital, and that on behalf of the said clients and funds, is now holds 5.
02% of the group's capital and 4.91% of its voting rights.
These thresholds have been exceeded due to the purchase of Edenred shares on the market, as well as a receipt of shares held as collateral.
