Edenred: Oddo confirms rating before sales released.
(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo had confirmed its buy rating on the Edenred stock before the group unveils its Q3 sales (on Friday 13/10).
The broker's analysts maintain their target price for the stock at 27 euros.
Analysts expect a slowdown, although this will not impact the guidance. The broker is expecting sales of 309 million euros, up +11% in Q3, boosted by acquisitions (UTA + Embratec), despite FX factors being more neutral for the group.
Organic growth is expected to be 7.0% (compared with 8.2% in H1), taking into account the unfavourable comparison basis in LatAm.
