4% at 28.28 euros per share compared with 31 December 2016 pro-forma NAV (+5.8% at 27.34 euros adjusted for effects from the IPO in July 2017).
Recurrent income rose by 14% to 92.7 million euros, benefiting from the growth of net rental income, the decline in the average cost of debt, favourable seasonal effects and a transfer of the rise in digital costs to the second half-year.
