Coface: cancels 2019 dividend
(CercleFinance.com) - The Coface Group announced that it has decided not to pay dividends for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2019, due to the consequences of the coronavirus epidemic.
"The Board of Directors reserves the right to reconsider this position in the coming months depending on the evolution of the situation.
This measure will result in a gain of approximately 13 points on the Group's solvency," it said.
