Suez: creates joint venture with Prodeval
(CercleFinance.com) - Suez has announced the creation of Works4Impact, a joint venture with Prodeval, a specialist in the biomethane sector.
This structure (60% Suez - 40% Prodeval) aims to market - both in France and internationally - offers for the treatment and recovery of biogas from the methanisation of organic waste and sludge from wastewater treatment plants.
Suez says that the use of biogas for vehicles could reduce CO2 emissions by up to 80% and atmospheric pollutants by 75%.
