Suez: wins contract in China
(CercleFinance.com) - After trading on Thursday Suez reported that it has signed an agreement with SE Environnement for the creation of the joint venture SE SUEZ Environmental Technology.
This new structure will be responsible for the management of the Shangyang project for sludge treatment of Shenzhen City as part of a 30-year contract.
The Shangyang project is the largest centre for the treatment of sludge in the city of Shenzhen. With a capacity up to 800 tonnes per day, it optimises the management of sewage sludge from over 10 plants for the processing of municipal wastewater in the centre of Shenzhen and Longgang district, thus contributing to the city's environmental protection.
