Suez: finalises acquisition of GE Water.
(CercleFinance.com) - The group has announced finalising the acquisition of the company formerly known as GE Water & Process Technologies (GE Water).
This acquisition cost 3.2 billion euros, which was paid for in cash, taking effect on 30 September 2017.
As part of this finalisation, the group is setting up a Business Unit, "Water Technologies & Solutions". This new BU combines the business acquired and the industrial services activities of Suez.
Suez Water Technologies & Solutions will meet the needs of over 50,000 clients worldwide.
