Getlink: net income up 16% in 2018
(CercleFinance.com) - Getlink has reports consolidated net income that is up 16% at 130 million euros, with EBITDA that is up 9% at 569 million euros in 2018.
The group will propose a 20% increase in its dividend to 36 cents per share.
Getlink's revenue came in at 1.079 billion euros, up 5%, including a 6% increase for its shuttle business, in line with the strategy of a quality service and premium policy.
The group forecasts EBITDA of 560 million or 575 million euros in 2019 (depending on border control scenarios after 29 March) and confirms EBITDA of over 735 million euros by 2022, as well as a five-cent increase in its dividend per year.
