Getlink: BlackRock cuts stake to under 5% of capital
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, has informed the AMF that on 10 October, it cut its stake in Getlink to below the threshold of 5% of its capital.
It thus holds, on behalf of these clients and funds, 27,341,647 Getlink shares representing as many voting rights, or 4.97% of the group's capital and 4.28% of its voting rights.
The AMF said that this threshold was crossed due to the sale of Getlink shares on the market and the restitution of shares held as collateral.
