Getlink: BlackRock raises stake
(CercleFinance.com) - A notice issued yesterday by the AMF reports that on 8 October the US asset management giant BlackRock has increased its stake in Getlink (formerly Eurotunnel) to above the threshold of 5% of the group's capital.
On this date, after the acquisition of shares on the market and the receipt of shares held as collateral, behalf of funds managed, BlackRock held 5.03% of the group's capital and 4.33% of its voting rights.
