Argan: Barclays raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday Barclays said that it has raised its target price for Argan shares from 87 euros to 95 euros, maintaining its "overweight" rating on the stock.

In a sector report on European warehousing players, the broker praises the medium-term structural growth potential of logistics specialists, although stresses that their stockmarket valuations already take these development prospects into account.

In this context, the analyst says that he is focusing on the earnings growth of warehouse owners, which leads it to downgrade the British company Segro to "equal weight", while upgrading its compatriot Tritax Eurobox to "overweight".
