Rexel: to sell Gexpro Services
(CercleFinance.com) - Professional electrical equipment distributor Rexel said yesterday it plans to sell its Gexpro Services division, specialised in offering bespoke integrated solutions, including OEM products and supplies.
This non-strategic entity had a headcount of 400 staff at year-end 30 September and generated sales of around 260 million dollars, mainly in the US.
The buyer is US investment fund LKCM Headwater Investments. Rexel plans to finalise the deal in Q1 2020.
