Rexel: BlackRock increases stake
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 18 October it increased its stake in Rexel to above 5% of the group's capital and voting rights, and that on behalf of the said clients and funds, is now holds 5.
16% of its capital and voting rights.
These thresholds have been exceeded due to the purchase of Rexel shares on the market, OTC as well as a receipt of shares held as collateral.
