Scor: Allianz GI raises stake to over 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - Allianz Global Investors GmbH, acting on behalf of funds and clients as part of a management mandate, has informed the AMF that on 5 October it had increased its stake in Scor to above the thresholds of 5% of the group's capital and voting rights, and that, on behalf of the said clients and funds, it held 5.
003% of the reinsurance group's capital and voting rights.
These thresholds have been crossed as a result of purchases of Scor shares on the market.
