Altur Investissement: FY NAV up 5.2%
(CercleFinance.com) - Altur Investissement has announced NAV of 37.
56 million euros (share of limited partners and taking into account the estimated portion of the general partners) as at 31 December 2017, or 9.01 euros per share, up 5.2% over the year.
This increase is mainly due to the impact of the sales of its stakes in Ventil & Co, Globe Groupe and Menix, totalling 14.5 million euros, including 8.2 million in capital gains relative to the initial investment, which represents 2.3x the amounts invested.
On the basis of the last listed price (six euros on 24 January 2018), the Altur Investissement share is a discounted by 33% relative to the NAV value NAV at end-2017. In one year, this discount has been reduced by almost 10 points.
