Korian: to change legal form
(CercleFinance.com) - Korian has announced its Board of Directors' decision to propose a project to transform the legal form of the group's holding company into a European company, a project that will be submitted to the combined general meeting of 2 June 2022.
The dependency care group explains that this corporate form will enable it to benefit from a legal status that is consistent with its values and culture and with its economic reality, and to consolidate the actions undertaken on a European scale.
In addition, in line with this change, Korian has drawn up a new Ethics Charter, which is based on numerous contributions from its employees throughout Europe and in consultation with its staff representative bodies.
