Korian: launches capital increase
(CercleFinance.com) - Korian announces the launch of a cash capital increase - maintaining the shareholders' preferential subscription right - of approximately 400 million euros.
The initial aim is to finance the cost of acquisition of Inicea and repay the latter's debts.
Predica and Holding Malakoff Humanis, the two principal shareholders, have committed to fully subscribing to the transaction for their share in the capital, for an overall amount of approximately 128 million euros (about 32% of the total issue amount).
The transaction will entail the issue of four new shares for every 15 at a subscription price of 18.10 euros per new share.
