ADP: Amends agreement to invest in GMR Airports
(CercleFinance.com) - Aéroports de Paris says that it has completed part two of its 49% shareholding in GMR Airports under revised terms of the agreement signed last February, in order to take into account the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
According to this amendment, the amount paid at the closing of the second stage of the deal - a tranche of 24.01% of GMR Airports - has been reduced by 126 million euros from the original amount of 658 million euros.
This second tranche is now structured in a firm amount of 532 million euros paid immediately for and a potential price supplement of 126 million euros, subjet to attaining certain performance targets by 2024.
