ADP: towards a privatisation?
(CercleFinance.com) - The State Investment Agency (APE) has mandated Bank of America-Merrill Lynch as lead bank for a potential future privatisation of Aéroports de Paris (ADP), according to an article in Le Figaro.
The French daily points out that the French State currently holds 50.6% of the capital of the airport infrastructure management group, a company that has a market capitalisation of 16.3 billion euros.
The public authorities have yet to determine the form and scale of the eventual transaction on the group's capital. One of the determining issues concerns its consolidation scope, with the potential separation of the group's property from its operations, broker Aurel BGC specified.
