Arkema: commissions Mont site in France
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday morning Arkema announces it has commissioned its new production line of high-performance polyamide powders (marketed under the Orgasol brand) at the Mont site in France, close to Pau.
The French chemical group says that this is an investment of around 20 million euros. As such, it has increased its production capacity of this compound - used in "niche industrial applications" such as coatings, health and beauty, composites and 3D printing - by 50%.
