Ipsen: CEO resigns
(CercleFinance.com) - Ipsen announces the resignation of its CEO, David Meek.
He will leave Ipsen's Board of Directors on 31 December this year to pursue a new professional opportunity, joining FerGene as CEO.
The Board of Directors has decided to appoint Aymeric Le Chatelier, currently Executive Vice-President, group CFO as acting CEO, replacing David Meek from 1 January 2020.
The creation of a CRO's office will ensure the transition. The board has asked the nominations committee, chaired by Carol Xueref, to conduct a research process to identify the the biopharmaceutical group's next CEO.
