EDF: acquisition of British start-up
(CercleFinance.com) - EDF announced on Monday that it has acquired the British start-up Pivot Power, which operates in battery storage and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
"This move will allow EDF, already the largest low carbon electricity producer in the UK, to become a leader in battery storage," the group said.
