EDF: EDF Renouvelables makes acquisition in the US
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday evening EDF Renouvelables announced the acquisition of PowerFlex Systems, a company specialized in the field of recharging technologies that is based in Los Altos, California.
The acquisition will create a unique decentralised energy ecosystem that combines smart charging solutions for electric vehicles and energy-efficient buildings, as well as solar power generation and storage. The investment is part of EDF Renouvelables' growth strategy in the US on the decentralized energy market, the group said.
