EDF: agreements signed to sell units in Dunkerque LNG
(CercleFinance.com) - EDF announces that on Thursday it signed binding agreements for the sale of its stake in the capital of the Dunkerque LNG terminal (Dunkerque LNG), a deal which was announced on 29 June.
These agreements were signed with Fluxys, Axa IM and Crédit Agricole Assurances, on the one hand, and the Korean consortium of Samsung Securities Co. Ltd., IBK Securities Co. Ltd. and Hanwha Investment & Securities Co. Ltd. on the other hand.
The electricity group states that the terms of the transaction have not been changed and that its effective implementation is still expected for the second half of this year, once regulatory approvals required in France have been obtained.
