EDF: shareholders opt for dividend payment in shares
(CercleFinance.com) - EDF has announced that the option for the payment of the balance of its dividend in new EDF shares for the financial year 2017 has appealed to EDF shareholders.
Indeed, 93.39% of the rights were exercised in favour of a payment in shares at the end of the option period on 11 June 2018.
The issue price of the new share for dividend payment has been set at 10.23 euros.
