EDF: partnership agreement with McPhy
(CercleFinance.com) - EDF and McPhy have signed a partnership agreement for the development of decarbonised hydrogen in France and internationally.
Thanks to McPhy's expertise, EDF will offer its customers new services enabling them to reduce their carbon footprint and become more competitive.
McPhy is a reference player in the field of hydrogen and offers a complete range of solutions: electrolysers, hydrogen rechargers and storage.
EDF's investment will be made by its subscription to a reserved capital increase by McPhy for a total of approximately 16 million euros, at a price of 5.10 euros per share.
