EDF: Jefferies raises target after positive update
(CercleFinance.com) - Jefferies reconfirms its 'Buy' recommendation on EDF and raises its price target from 13.
5 to 14 euros, the day after the energy group gave a positive update for the first three months of the year.
The financial intermediary cites “+3.0% organic year-on-year sales, supported by improvement in nuclear and hydro output, higher tariffs, and new renewables capacity”.
“Management confidently reaffirmed all 2018 targets and with this reassuring update, we slightly increase our 2018-20 EBITDA forecasts”, adds the broker.
