Eutelsat: increases stake in OneWeb
(CercleFinance.com) - Eutelsat Communications has increased its stake in OneWeb from 17.
6% to 22.9%.
The transaction was carried out under the same financial terms as Eutelsat's initial investment of 550 million dollars, as announced in April and finalised on 8 September.
OneWeb's capital structure has been strengthened by an additional 500 million dollar commitment from Bharti and a 300 million dollar capital injection from South Korea's Hanwha.
