Eutelsat: launch of Konnect Africa offers in DRC
(CercleFinance.com) - Konnect Africa, an initiative of satellite operator Eutelsat for satellite broadband on the African continent, has announced the launch of its Internet access offerings in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Accessible at affordable prices, these eight subscription offers for individuals and businesses alike are now available in six major cities in the DRC through a network of eight retailers totaling nearly 500 boutiques and sales outlets.
The arrival of a WiFi hotspot service, called Konnect Wifi will soon supplement these offers, which will provide broadband Internet access within places such as hospitals, schools and universities, stores, etc.
