Alstom: AGM agrees to no dividend payment
(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday evening Alstom announced that its AGM has agreed not to pay a dividend for 2019, given the current crisis stemming from the coronavirus pandemic.
"The Shareholders' Meeting also approved the renewal of the mandate of Mr Yann Delabrière and the nomination of Mr Frank Mastiaux as Directors. Mr Frank Mastiaux, who is German, has an international profile. His professional career was spent in Great Britain, the United States and Germany. He held various positions in the energy sector and is currently CEO of the energy provider EnBW. Furthermore, the expiry of the mandate of Mr Gérard Hauser was acknowledged," the group said.
