Alstom: Oddo says buy, hailing 'a sector leader'
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday morning an Oddo BHF analyst confirmed his "buy" recommendation on the Alstom share, anticipating a first quarter that will be very difficult, even though the situation is already improving.
The rail market should recover well from the crisis, supported by the states and the European Union. It continues to benefit from cleaner transport policy choices, which have been stepped up in recent months. Alstom is a healthy sector leader and the planned acquisition of Bombardier Transport will strengthen its position and profitability, the broker says.
Oddo BHF therefore confirms its target price of 46 euros for the share.
