Alstom: Oddo BHF still a buyer - raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Reacting to the investor day organised by Alstom, Oddo BHF has raised its target price on the Alstom share from 44.
5 euros to 48 euros.
This gives the share upside potential of around 13%.

Following this event, analysts believe that growth and profitability will continue to increase, while the group already has a record order book. By 2023, sales are expected to grow at an average of 5% p.a., and by this date its adjusted operating margin should be around 9%.

Analysts say that the group offers strong growth prospects in terms of sales and margins in a market that continues to report steady growth. In recent years Alstom has solidly executed its projects, while proving its capacity to make gains in productivity.
