Alstom: three maintenance contracts with Renfe in Spain
(CercleFinance.com) - Alstom announces that it has been awarded three contracts by the Spanish national rail operator Renfe to maintain 15 high-speed Avelia Pendolino trains and 106 suburban trains belonging to the Renfe fleet.
These contracts, which amount to a total of 125 million euros, provide for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of suburban trains and complete maintenance services for Penolinos (S-104).
All work will be undertaken by Irvia, a joint venture between Alstom (51%) and Renfe (49%). The three contracts in question have been recorded in Alstom's Q3 2018-19 accounts.
