Alstom: Oddo still a buyer
(CercleFinance.com) - In a report issued on Tuesday, Oddo reiterated its "buy" rating on the Alstom stock, along with its target price of 44 euros.
The analyst considers that the proposed merger with Siemens, opens an attractive outlook for sales, synergies and margins (Ebit +13% p.a.).
While the press has reported divisions between unions in different countries, Oddo is more optimistic on the mater. In its opinion, at worst these divisions could only create slight delays, although would not delay the deadlines of July/end-2018.
