Alstom: Invest Securities downgrades to 'neutral'.
(CercleFinance.com) - In a report issued on Thursday morning, Invest Securities has downgraded its "buy" rating on the Alstom stock, now having a "neutral" stance, with the broker inching up its corresponding target from 35 euros to 36 euros.
The broker has also removed the Alstom stock from its best picks, the day following the announcement of the creation of Siemens Alstom, which should be finalised at the end of 2018.
In terms of figures, this new structure is expected to generate 18 billion euros in revenues in 2019/2020, with an EBITDA margin of 8.2% - compared with 7% previously expected - and finally free cash flow of between 500 million euros and 1 billion euros.
