Alstom: in talks with Siemens, like Bombardier.

In April, Bloomberg reported that Siemens was in talks regarding a merger with Bombardier Transport. This is the dedicated subsidiary of the Canadian industrial group, which is also present in the aeronautics industry.
However, Bloomberg added yesterday that Siemens was also in talks - simultaneously, and for less time - with the French group Alstom. At this stage, the press agency adds, that no guarantees can be made about the outcome of either of these talks.
