Alstom: presents a new metro at the RTA.
(CercleFinance.com) - Alstom has presented a full-scale model of the Metropolis trains to a delegation from the RTA (the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai).
The contract with the RTA will enable the red line of the Dubai metro to be designed and built, and will improve the current line's system.
The project, which is also called “Route 2020,” is worth a total of 2.6 billion euros, with Alstom having half of the contract.
