Engie: finalises acquisition of Guérin
(CercleFinance.com) - Two months after the start of exclusive negotiations, Engie has announced the acquisition, by its subsidiary Endel, of Pierre Guérin, thus strengthening its positioning in two high added value sectors: agri-food and life sciences.
As a company based in Niort that has nearly 400 employees, Pierre Guérin is a specialist in the industrial process and reference provider for EPC (design, manufacture and installation) of industrial modules for both these sectors.
