Engie: Endel aquires business from Suez
(CercleFinance.com) - Endel, a subsidiary of Engie, has said that it has completed the acquisition of Suez's nuclear maintenance division (formerly SRA SAVAC), which will now become Endel Sra.
This new strategic deal will expand Endel's offer of high value-added specialty services in all complex environments, including the nuclear domain.
This acquisition will also enable Endel to expand its national coverage of France and will open up new international prospects.
Suez's nuclear maintenance business has 180 employees and reported sales of 28 million euros in 2017, of which 4 million euros was international.
