Engie: confirms financial targets for 2017.
(CercleFinance.com) - In addition to announcing the signing of an agreement with Total for the sale of its "midstream" and "upstream" activities, on Wednesday evening Engie published its 9m accounts to end-September.
On unveiling these solid results, Engie reinstated its forecasts for the financial year. The group still aims for recurrent net earnings, group share, of between 2.4 billion and 2.6 billion euros, which are expected in the middle of the range, a target that is based on an indicative Ebitda range of 9.3 billion to 9.9 billion euros.
Revenues rose by 1.3% and were up 2.9% in organic terms, at 46.8 billion euros.
Finally, net debt fell by 1.5 billion euros between end-December 2016 and end-September, reaching 23.3 billion euros.
