Engie: to become 16th partner of Paris 2024.
(CercleFinance.com) - Engine becomes the 16th Official Partner to join the candidature of Paris, for a French win.
The group has already been working with Paris 2024 for a few months now, in particular on the energy and environmental section of the technical dossier for the candidature.
The Plaine Saulnier Sud site, which currently hosts Engie's R&D department, will be partly freed by the group to allow the construction of the future Aquatics Centre.
Tony Estanguet, co-bid leader of Paris 2024 declared “With less than 100 days until the vote for the 2024 host city, this partnership confirms that our project remains a very attractive prospect. It responds to issues that go beyond sport and showcases what France has to offer”.
