Engie: sale of stake in Petronet LNG.
(CercleFinance.com) - Engie has announced the sale of its 10% stake in the Indian group Petronet LNG, with its subsidiary GDF SAS International having placed a sale order on the Bombay Stock Exchange for 75 million shares in this company.
The European energy group states that the value of this transaction amounts to over 410 million euros net of tax and commissions, and that it will have impact its net debt by the same amount.
